My PHilosophy

My approach is grounded in established psychological science, not passing trends.

I work using evidence-based methods, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology, supported by both research and lived experience with anxiety, depression, burnout, and emotional exhaustion.

Over time, one thing became clear:

understanding why you struggle is not enough to create lasting change.

Insight can be useful, but it doesn’t change behavior or emotional patterns on its own. Many approaches focus heavily on exploration and awareness, yet fail to provide the practical tools needed to function differently in everyday life.

Together we  focus on active change.

Using structured CBT techniques, we identify and modify unhelpful thought and behavior patterns. Positive Psychology is used not as motivational language, but as a scientifically supported way to build resilience, strengths, and long-term psychological stability.

The goal is not short-term relief or temporary emotional improvement.

The goal is durable change better regulation under stress, more effective coping, and a greater sense of control over your life.

ABOUT ME

I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Research Methods in Psychology.

I have completed additional training and courses in CBT, Positive Psychotherapy and ACT.

I am continuously growing by studying the latest research and techniques to provide the most effective, science based support for my clients.
